Do you work on a fixed-fee basis?
Yes — for assessments, builds, and migrations. We also do time-and-materials and monthly retainers. We'll recommend the model that fits the work.
Can you work on top of an existing Fabric tenant?
Always. Most engagements involve auditing what's there and reshaping rather than greenfield work. We're comfortable in messy estates.
What about security and IP?
We sign your NDA and MSA. Our consultants are W-2 employees, background-checked, and we work in Fabric tenants under your tenant policies — never copying data out.
How do you stay current with Microsoft Fabric?
We're an independent consultancy — not a Microsoft Partner — and we stay current the same way the strongest practitioners do: hands-on engagements, the official Microsoft Fabric blog and roadmap, the product documentation, and the community. Every recommendation we give is grounded in Microsoft's own Well-Architected and Cloud Adoption Framework guidance, adapted for Fabric.
Will you work with our existing implementation partner?
Often. We've slotted into programs alongside Big-4 implementation partners as the Fabric specialty group. We're easy to work with.
